Web Developer - International Fairs & Promotions - Lebanon

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Design and develop the company’s website to make it visually effective and easy to access;
  • Develop and maintain the company’s intranet to provide an accurate and immediate source of information to all employees;
  • Develop contacts with external providers and negotiate contracts for the design and supply of services that cannot be provided internally in relation to the website and intranet;
  • Conduct presentations, internally and externally, to promote company website and intranet.

Job requirements

  • A degree-level education;
  • At least 3 years’ experience in a related role;
  • Creative skills;
  • Excellent knowledge of HTML, PHP, Dreamweaver, SQL server or T SQL queries;
  • Good knowledge in Flash, ASP, ASP.Net or VB, jquery, java script, CSS. Knowledge of Java is a plus;
  • Programming skills;
  • Good communication skills.

Marketing Director - International Fairs & Promotions - Lebanon

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new initiatives to improve the range and quality of the services provided by the company and to ensure responsiveness to changes in the external environment;
  • Develop  policies and procedures to ensure the effective promotion and marketing of the company;
  • Analyze trends in the business environment, help develop services that are responsive to market demands, and identify new market opportunities;
  • Assist in formulating and monitoring the annual business plan to ensure long-term success and viability of the company and attainment of corporate objectives;
  • Evaluate the costs and benefits of all new ideas and initiatives to ensure that resources are appropriately directed and to keep the company ahead of its rivals;
  • Direct and control the directorate’s staff to ensure that they are appropriately motivated and trained and are working towards the achievement of the company’s corporate objectives;
  • Advise the management on the development of new initiatives in relation to the promotion and marketing of services to ensure the achievement of the company’s business plan and corporate objectives;
  • Control and monitor the directorate’s finances to ensure effective budgeting and cost control.

Job requirements

  • A degree-level qualification, MBA is a must;
  • At least 10 years' experience in a related role;
  • Significant experience in the marketing function;
  • Excellent managerial & leadership skills;
  • Strong interpersonal skills.

Marketing Copywriter - International Fairs & Promotions - Lebanon

Job duties and responsibilities

  • Use outside resources and develop creative writing to sell a variety of services;
  • Write advertising copy for use in publications, or internet media, to promote the sale of company services;
  • Use direct marketing, online advertising, and web exposure to drive results;
  • Work directly with clients to identify business needs and ideas;
  • Consult with sales, media, and marketing representatives to obtain information on company services and to discuss methods of dissemination, style, and length of written copy;
  • Communicate to customers in their terms, and on their level, so that the advertiser’s sales message is received;
  • Create names and images and write advertising copy for brochures, and other promotional materials;
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends in media and advertising to promote company services in a competitive manner.

Job requirements

  • Qualification to degree level;
  • At least 2 years’ experience in a related role;
  • Excellent proof-reading skills;
  • Excellent Arabic and English writing skills;
  • Good interpersonal skills;
  • Excellent time management skills.
